Advanced Gym Equipment
At RH10 Fitness we use only the best functional fitness equipement, from Olympic barbells to galvansied pull up bars. We also rely on our array of Hex Dumbbells, Kettle Bells, Medicine balls and various sized plyo boxes to be able to offer the varied programme that provides fitness for the world outside the gym.
Unique Features and Facilities
RH10 Fitness was built to be able to offer a comprehensive fitness programme to anyone who choses to walk through the door. The coaching team are uniquely placed, with a physiotherapist on staff, to be able to accommodate and challenge any person who chooses to participate in our workout of the day. We boast enough equipment that every member has access to the tools they need to develop their fitness every time they walk in the building.
